Cornerstone Case Management originated from a desire to offer conflict free case management services to individuals, families and guardians separate from companies offering other SCL services.  As conflict free case managers, we can invest more time and energy into the lives of the people we serve and focus on providing quality service.  We believe in building strong partnerships with providers, families and guardians while firmly advocating for the individual's rights.
